Safety Flyer
Incidents on Gangways, Pasarelles and Accommodation Ladders.
This Safety Flyer is intended to highlight several reported incidents where the construction of gangways and other means of access have been a contributing factor.
The Flyer also draws attention to amendments to the REG Yacht Code intended to prevent such incidents that entered into force on 01 June 2021.
